Instructions
1. Defrost the cauliflower in the oven for 10 minutes at 190°C to make it easier to cut into smaller pieces.
2. Meanwhile, sauté the onion in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat with a bit of ghee.
3. Once they are golden, deglaze with white wine and let it evaporate.
4. Add the ground beef, break it into small pieces, then add the garlic and salt.
5. Add the flat beans, then the tomato paste, a few spices of your choice, and mix well.
6. Finally, add the previously cut cauliflower and drizzle with plant-based cream.
7. Add more salt, mix well, and spread evenly in the skillet before sprinkling grated cheese on top.
8. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 190°C.
