Instructions

  • 1.   Defrost the cauliflower in the oven for 10 minutes at 190°C to make it easier to cut into smaller pieces.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, sauté the onion in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat with a bit of ghee.
  • 3.   Once they are golden, deglaze with white wine and let it evaporate.
  • 4.   Add the ground beef, break it into small pieces, then add the garlic and salt.
  • 5.   Add the flat beans, then the tomato paste, a few spices of your choice, and mix well.
  • 6.   Finally, add the previously cut cauliflower and drizzle with plant-based cream.
  • 7.   Add more salt, mix well, and spread evenly in the skillet before sprinkling grated cheese on top.
  • 8.   Bake for 15-20 minutes at 190°C.

  • 2 ground beef patties
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon of dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 20 cl of plant-based cream
  • 1 handful of grated parmesan
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 pinch of flower of salt
