1. Cut the onion and carrot into small pieces, as well as the bell peppers
2. Cut the fish into chunks or pieces, I chose dogfish, it holds up well when cooked.
3. In a sauté pan with olive oil, sauté the carrot 🥕, onion 🧅, and bell peppers 🫑
4. Add pizza tomato sauce 🍅, it should already be flavored, otherwise add Herbes de Provence, then place the fish
5. Cover and let simmer for a minimum of 20 minutes, add a little water if the sauce is too thick.
6. Serve your plate with rice 🍚 for example and enjoy.
