Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the raw rice in the chicken broth.
  • 2.   Add the peppers to the pan while the rice is cooking.
  • 3.   Poach the egg in the rice cooking water with the broth.
  • 4.   Mix the cooked rice with the peppers.
  • 5.   Add 3 large tablespoons of broth (or more) and, if desired, the sour cream to bind and mix.
  • 6.   Serve on a plate and place the poached egg on top.
