Courgette & Chorizo Crozets Gratin

A complete and seasonal crozets gratin that will please the whole family!

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and thinly slice the courgettes using a compact mandoline.
  • 2.   Peel and finely chop garlic and onion in the Tornado.
  • 3.   Cut the chorizo slices into small cubes.
  • 4.   In a large sauté pan, sauté the chopped garlic and onion in olive oil for a few minutes.
  • 5.   Add the courgette slices and cook until they are very tender. Allow about 25 to 30 minutes of cooking over medium heat.
  • 6.   Meanwhile, cook the crozets according to the package instructions.
  • 7.   Add the chorizo cubes to the sauté pan and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  • 8.   Pour in the heavy cream, mix, then add the crozets to the sauté pan and mix everything together.
  • 9.   Spread this mixture in an ovenproof dish.
  • 10.   Place the mozzarella slices on top.
  • 11.   Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 180°C.
