Instructions

  • 1.   Steam the potato and endives, blend them with the cream.
  • 2.   In a mold, alternate chopped ham, vegetable purée, and grated cheese.
  • 3.   Grill under the oven broiler for 2 minutes.
  • 4.   Serve the endive and ham purée.
