Instructions

  • 1.   1. Cut the melon in half and remove the seeds. Using a melon baller, make balls.
  • 2.   2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and the cucumber into slices (or half-slices).
  • 3.   3. Cut the slices of ham and the burrata into pieces.
  • 4.   4. Assemble everything on 2 plates. Season with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and basil. Enjoy this very fresh salad!
