Instructions

  • 1.   1. Wash and dice the zucchinis.
  • 2.   2. Cut the salmon into slightly larger dice than the zucchinis.
  • 3.   3. In a sauté pan, sauté the zucchinis in a hot pan for a few minutes with a little olive oil. They should remain slightly firm. Season with salt.
  • 4.   4. Mix the zucchinis with the salmon and pour into a gratin dish or individual ramekins.
  • 5.   5. In a bowl, mix the flour and butter by hand: crush with your fingertips. Add salt and Herbes de Provence to the mixture.
  • 6.   6. Sprinkle the crumble dough over the zucchinis and salmon.
  • 7.   7. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C (350°F). The crumble is done when the dough is slightly golden. You can optionally serve with diced sautéed potatoes.
