  • 3.   1. Wash and chop the fresh coriander.
  • 4.   2. In a bowl, mix the flour, yeast, salt, chili, coriander, and yogurt.
  • 5.   3. Mix until the mixture forms a smooth dough.
  • 6.   4. Shape balls the size of a walnut using your hands.
  • 7.   5. In a saucepan, heat the oil to 170°C (338°F).
  • 8.   6. Fry the fritters in batches to maintain the oil temperature.
  • 9.   7. As soon as the fritters rise to the surface, continue cooking for 2 minutes.
  • 10.   8. Remove them onto paper towels.
  • 11.   9. Enjoy them while still warm with a bit of mango chutney.

  • 1 cl of frying oil
