Crustless Quiche Lorraine

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • 2.   In a bowl, beat the milk, cream, and whole eggs. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Gradually pour this mixture over the flour until you get a smooth batter.
    In a hot skillet without any fat, sauté the bacon until crispy. Drain them on paper towels, then add them to the mixture.
  • 3.   Pour everything into a buttered and floured dish, then bake at 200°C (400°F) for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Remove from the oven, let it rest for 5 minutes, and serve.

  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g of flour
  • 150 g of smoked bacon
  • 30 g of unsalted butter
  • salt (according to taste)
