Turkey cutlets with paprika

Instructions

  • 1.   Heat the olive oil in a large skillet.
  • 2.   Brush one side of each cutlet with mustard and generously sprinkle with paprika.
  • 3.   Season with salt and pepper.
  • 4.   Brown this side well in the oil.
  • 5.   Repeat the same process for the other side.
  • 6.   When they are browned, pour over some sour cream.
  • 7.   Heat while turning the cutlets to ensure they are well coated with the cream.
  • 8.   Serve with rice or pasta.
