1. Grate the cheddar and set aside 30-40g for the breadcrumb topping
2. Cook the pasta shells al dente
3. Melt the sour cream over low heat and mix in the grated cheddar
4. In a baking dish, mix the pasta shells and melted cheddar. (Add ham if desired)
5. Top with the remaining cheddar and generously cover with breadcrumbs
6. Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes and then switch to maximum grill mode for 5 minutes
