Chocolate and Tea Truffles

Instructions

  • 1.   The day before, heat the cream with the tea for a few minutes, then let it infuse overnight.
  • 2.   2. The next day, melt the chocolate with the butter, and mix well until smooth.


    1. Remove the tea from the cream, and pour the infused cream into the melted chocolate mixture.

  • 3.   4. Chill for a few hours.
  • 4.   5. When the mixture is firmer, scoop out balls the size of walnuts.


    1. Mix the cocoa powder and roll the chocolate truffle balls in it. Optionally sprinkle with a little edible gold powder if it's for special occasions!
