Light Chicken and Cheese Salad

A light and flavorful salad, perfect for a balanced meal. Made with chicken, vegetables, cheese, and an egg, it is ideal for a diet.

Instructions

  • 1.   Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Once the water is boiling, immerse the egg and wait for 10 minutes before removing it from the water. Prepare the green salad. Wash, slice, and deseed the tomatoes.
  • 2.   On a cutting board, cut the chicken into small cubes. Sauté them in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Peel the egg and cut it into cubes, as well as the cheese and tomatoes. Mix all the cubed ingredients in a bowl with the cooked chicken pieces, then enhance the flavor of your green salad by drizzling the whole thing with 5 tbsp of soy sauce.
  • 3.   Peel and slice the cucumber into rounds. Add them to the bowl mixture and enjoy.

  • 5 tablespoon of soy sauce
