Slimming Surimi Rice Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the rice as indicated on the package. Drain it and let it cool.
  • 2.   Cut the bell pepper into small cubes, wash the cucumber and slice it. Cut the surimi sticks into cubes. Wash and chop the chives. Drain the corn and mix everything in a salad bowl.
  • 3.   Prepare a vinaigrette with the oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour it over the salad and mix well. Keep it refrigerated until ready to serve.

  • 150 g of long-grain rice
  • 1 cup of corn
  • 1 cucumber
  • 8 fish sticks
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
  • 10 sprig of chives
  • 1 lemon
  • salt (according to taste)
