Slimming Salmon and Avocado Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Line 4 plates with salad.
  • 2.   Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and skin, then slice them into strips. Place them on the salad and drizzle with lemon juice.
  • 3.   Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces and add them to the plates.
  • 4.   Lightly toast the pine nuts in a pan.
  • 5.   In a bowl, mix the yogurt, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper to prepare the vinaigrette.
  • 6.   Add the toasted pine nuts to the vinaigrette, mix well, and pour over the plates according to your taste.
