Palm heart gratin

Instructions

  • 1.   Preparation of the bechamel sauce

    Melt the butter in the saucepan, add the flour, then slowly pour in the milk while keeping the heat on.

    Whisk vigorously to avoid lumps.

    If there are lumps, use a blender!

    Season with pepper and grate a little nutmeg.
  • 2.   Preheat the oven.

    Slice the palm hearts and cut the ham into small pieces.
  • 3.   Place the palm heart slices in the gratin dish, then distribute the ham on top.

    Pour the bechamel sauce over it.

    Then add the grated cheese.
  • 4.   Put in the oven and let it brown for 10 minutes.

  • 2 slice of white ham
  • 25 g of butter
  • 250 g of heart of palm
  • 25 g of flour
  • 2 pinch of nutmeg
  • pepper (according to taste)
