Instructions

  • 1.   In a shallow plate, put the breadcrumbs, parmesan, and chopped chives.

    Mix well.

    Put the flour in another shallow plate and the beaten egg in another one.
  • 2.   Roll the fish fillet in the flour.
  • 3.   Dip the fish in the egg.
  • 4.   Then, dip it in the breadcrumb mixture.
  • 5.   Heat some olive oil in a pan and cook the fish for 5 minutes on each side over low heat.
