Endive Flowers with Ham

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the ends off the endives.

    Slice the ham and Emmental cheese into strips.

    Separate the endive leaves and reassemble them by alternately inserting slices of ham and cheese strips.

    Tie them tightly so they keep their shape.
  • 2.   Heat a knob of butter in a pan, brown the endives for 3 minutes, then pour in a ladle of broth.

    Let cook for 5 minutes.

    Season with salt and pepper, and serve.

  • 30 g of butter
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 3 g of salt
  • 20 cl of bouillon cube
