Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F)
  • 2.   Rinse the fish
  • 3.   Peel and finely slice the onion.

    Place it in the bottom of a baking dish
  • 4.   Place the sea bream on top
  • 5.   Place the minced garlic, herbes de provence or thyme, and bay leaves inside the sea bream, then also garnish them with lemon slices
  • 6.   Season with salt and pepper
  • 7.   Drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil
  • 8.   Place a little water in the baking dish
  • 9.   Bake for 30 minutes
