Cauliflower and Potato Purée

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the onion and slice it. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.

    Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  • 2.   Heat a saucepan with the butter and sauté the onion.

    Add the cauliflower, potatoes, and milk.

    Bring to a boil and let cook until the potatoes and cauliflower are tender.
  • 3.   Blend, season with salt and pepper.

    Serve sprinkled with nutmeg and chives.
