Chicken nuggets and Indian-style mayonnaise: easy homemade recipe

Instructions

  • 1.   Poach the 2 chicken breasts for 30 minutes in boiling water with a bouillon cube
  • 2.   Blend / chop the chicken meat irregularly, keeping nice pieces
  • 3.   Sauté it for 5 minutes in a pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 level teaspoon of curry (optional), salt, and pepper
  • 4.   Heat the milk with the flour, thicken by mixing well (10-15 minutes).
  • 5.   Then add to the chicken and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Let it cool by spreading it in a dish to a thickness of 1.5 cm (recommended to refrigerate for 1 hour)
  • 6.   Beat the eggs in a bowl, pour the breadcrumbs into another
  • 7.   Shape nuggets with your hands, dip them in the egg then in the breadcrumbs
  • 8.   Fry in hot oil (180°C), turning, until your nuggets are golden brown and place them on paper towels
  • 9.   Serve with lemon mayonnaise, plain or curry-flavored.

  • 50 cl of semi-skimmed milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 tablespoon of flour
  • 5 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
  • 1 bouillon cube
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 1 lemon
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
