Baked conchiglioni with sausage meat

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the pasta until very al dente.
  • 2.   Sauté the shallot in a little olive oil in a sauté pan.
  • 3.   Add the olives cut in half, mix well, then add the sausage meat.
  • 4.   Add the tomato sauce to moisten the mixture without excess.
  • 5.   Adjust the seasoning.
  • 6.   Rinse the cooked pasta, let them cool.
  • 7.   Pour a little remaining tomato sauce into the dish to coat the bottom.
  • 8.   Arrange the pasta in a dish and stuff them with the filling.
  • 9.   Add a little mozzarella to the pasta.
  • 10.   Sprinkle with parmesan and place in the oven on the broil setting.
  • 11.   Remove as soon as everything is gratinated.
