1. 1. Cut the chicken into cubes, slice the chorizo
2. Peel the onion, garlic; deseed the bell pepper, chop them. Put them in the Micro Minute
3. Add the rice, crumbled bouillon cube, water, tomato pulp, chicken, chorizo, and saffron
4. Close the Micro Minute and cook for 10 minutes at 900 W. Then let it rest for 10 minutes for the pressure to decrease.
5. Add the peas, salt, pepper, mix. Add the shrimp and mussels (optional) if you are using them.
6. Close and cook for 6 minutes at 900 W. Then let it rest for ~5 minutes before opening.
7. Serve hot.
