Morteau sausage gratin with tomato

Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the tomatoes and onions into rounds.

    Arrange them in a buttered ovenproof dish. Add the minced garlic and crumbled thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 2.   Place the sausages on top, then cover with grated Comté cheese.
  • 3.   Bake for 30 minutes in the oven at 200°C (392°F) (thermostat 6-7).

  • 1 stalk of thyme
  • 40 g of butter
