PASTA WITH ZUCCHINI CREAM AND SALMON

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the pasta al dente as indicated on the packaging.
  • 2.   Wash and slice the zucchinis, peel and slice the onion, peel and chop the garlic cloves.
  • 3.   Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil for 5 minutes.
  • 4.   Add the zucchinis, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 10 minutes.
  • 5.   Take 200g of cooked vegetables and blend them with soy cream, lemon juice, and a few basil leaves.
  • 6.   Cut the smoked salmon into strips.
  • 7.   Cook the fresh salmon in the microwave for about 1 minute with salt and pepper. Cut it into pieces.
  • 8.   Mix the pasta with the sauce and zucchinis. Heat everything, add the 2 salmons, and serve with a few fresh basil leaves.
