1. Cook the pasta al dente as indicated on the packaging.
2. Wash and slice the zucchinis, peel and slice the onion, peel and chop the garlic cloves.
3. Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil for 5 minutes.
4. Add the zucchinis, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 10 minutes.
5. Take 200g of cooked vegetables and blend them with soy cream, lemon juice, and a few basil leaves.
6. Cut the smoked salmon into strips.
7. Cook the fresh salmon in the microwave for about 1 minute with salt and pepper. Cut it into pieces.
8. Mix the pasta with the sauce and zucchinis. Heat everything, add the 2 salmons, and serve with a few fresh basil leaves.
