Air Fryer Pizza Rolls

Instructions

  • 1.   Warm the tortillas: Stack the 4 tortillas on a microwave-safe plate and place a damp paper towel on top. Heat in the microwave for 20 seconds until the tortillas are warm. You can also use a tortilla warmer if you have one.
  • 2.   Preheat the air fryer: Set to 190°C (375°F) and set the time for 5 minutes.
  • 3.   Prepare the cheese: Cut the mozzarella cheese sticks in half lengthwise.
  • 4.   Assemble the rolls: Lay a tortilla flat, add about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce at the bottom. Place 5 slices of pepperoni on the sauce, then add the mozzarella cheese on top. Roll the ingredients to form a roll. Repeat with each tortilla until you have 4 rolls.
  • 5.   Add the oil: Evenly brush the top of each roll with olive oil to add a bit of crispiness.
  • 6.   Cooking: Place the pizza rolls in the air fryer, closed side down, and cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  • 7.   Cooling and serving: Carefully remove the pizza rolls from the air fryer, let them cool, then enjoy! They are delicious dipped in a little pizza sauce.
