Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds, and cut into small dice.

    In a large hot skillet, cook the ground meat with the spices.

    Once it starts to brown, add the bell peppers and drained red beans.

    Let simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

    Open the hot dog buns and generously fill them with the hot mixture.

    Add a slice of cheddar cheese on each bun.

    Place the Brioch’Hot Dogs on a baking sheet and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 5 to 7 minutes, just enough time to melt the cheese and warm the bread.

  • 8 slice of cheddar
  • 1 bag of chili spices
