Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and dice them.

    Wash the tomatoes and dice them.
  • 2.   In a salad bowl, mix the salmon, diced avocado, tomato pieces, mayonnaise, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
  • 3.   Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with parsley.
