LOW GI STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL

Taken from the website https://www.instagram.com/reel/DLJ2OzHtxw_/ A dessert I really enjoy in this heat and that is quick to prepare ☀️. I used yacon syrup from @yacon_co, which I often talk about because it is a natural sugar derived from the earth pear. It is interesting in the sense that it contains a lot of fibers, water, and only 25% sugar. It is not a sweetener 😊. Additionally, it is flavored with Madagascar vanilla, it's divine!

Instructions

  • 1.   Blend the strawberries, skyr, and yacon syrup in a blender.
  • 2.   Add the toppings on top and enjoy.
