Cobb Salad, a delicious Californian recipe

Do you know Cobb Salad? It's a Californian recipe (salad) made with lettuce, avocado, chicken, grilled bacon, eggs, tomato, Roquefort cheese, and chives. It is delicious and can be enjoyed as a main meal salad.

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the eggs in a pot of boiling water for about 10 minutes.
    Remove them and peel them.
    Let them cool.
    Once the eggs are cold, cut them into pieces.
    In a pan, grill the sliced bacon until crispy.
    Cut the chicken into small pieces.
    Sauté the chicken pieces in a pan.
    Add the herbs, salt, and pepper.
    Cut the tomatoes and onions.
    Add Roquefort cheese.
    Slice the avocado.
    Arrange all the ingredients in a salad bowl.
    Mix the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and mustard.
    Pour over the ingredients.

  • 1 butter
  • 4 chicken breast
  • 4 teaspoon of chives
  • 1 lemon
  • 100 g of sheep cheese
  • 5 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 200 g of bacon cube
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 red onion
  • 4 drizzle of chicken
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 little gem lettuces
  • 200 g of cherry tomato
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
