Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes. In a large skillet, pour the frozen seafood and drizzle with white wine. Season. Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring with a spoon.
  • 2.   Add the durum wheat and crushed tomatoes to the skillet. Using a pair of scissors, finely chop the basil leaves. Mix everything together. Pour into a 24 cm (9.5 inch) diameter gratin dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Let it rest for 10 minutes outside the oven before serving.
