Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  • 2.   While the pasta is cooking, open the cans of sardines and reserve the oil.
  • 3.   Prepare the sardines by removing the skin and central bone.
  • 4.   Crush them with a fork in a bowl, season with pepper, and add the dill.
  • 5.   Once the pasta is cooked, drain it, place it in a bowl, and pour the sardine oil over it.
  • 6.   Pour and mix the sardine mixture into the pasta. Add more dill if you find the quantity insufficient.
  • 7.   Be careful not to overpower the taste of the sardines, as dill has a quite strong flavor!

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • salt (according to taste)
