Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the onion in a little butter. Add peeled and diced beets and potatoes.
  • 2.   Add the chicken bouillon cube, a little salt, cover with water, and simmer for 30 minutes. The vegetables should be tender.
  • 3.   Blend everything and add a little sour cream.
