Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the melon into 4 pieces.
  • 2.   Peel and remove the seeds.
  • 3.   Cut the flesh into pieces.
  • 4.   Cut the feta into cubes.
  • 5.   Cut the slice of ham into strips.
  • 6.   Gently mix everything together.
  • 7.   Sprinkle a little thyme.
  • 8.   In a bowl, mix the mustard, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and oil.
