1. In a saucepan, cook the zucchini sliced into rounds in boiling water.

Then drain it.
3. In a skillet, sauté the ground beef.
4. Once the zucchini is cooked, add a pinch of cumin and mix well.
5. In the skillet with the ground beef, cook the cherry tomatoes cut in half with parsley and a little olive oil for 5 minutes.
6. Add the rice, then the zucchini, heat for a few minutes, then add the ground beef and let it cook for 5 to 10 minutes (depending on the cooking of the ground beef).
