Instructions

  • 1.   For the salad:
  • 2.   Drain the lentils in a colander and rinse them lightly with water to remove the juice.
  • 3.   Cut your slices of smoked trout into small cubes.
  • 4.   Cut your cherry tomatoes in half.
  • 5.   Cut the green apple into thin sticks.
  • 6.   Finely chop the onion.
  • 7.   Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl.
  • 8.   For the dressing:

    mix oil, vinegar, chopped basil leaves, and lemon juice.
  • 9.   And there you have it!

  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
