No-Bake Key Lime Pie

Instructions

  • 1.   Finely blend the pecans and shortbread cookies, then mix with melted butter and maple syrup.
  • 2.   Press this mixture into a 23 cm diameter pie dish and place in the freezer.
  • 3.   Whisk the cream cheese and mascarpone, add the sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and zest.
  • 4.   Pour the filling over the biscuit base, smooth it out, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  • 5.   Whip the cream into whipped cream, place on the pie with lime slices and zest for decoration.

  • 2 limes
  • 20 cl of heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar (optional)
