Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the sliced bell pepper and zucchini in a pan with oil
  • 2.   After cooking, remove from the pan.
  • 3.   Then sauté the sliced onions, add peeled tomatoes and basil, and continue cooking for a few minutes
  • 4.   Add a little: soy sauce, hamburger sauce, honey, chili spices, chili paste.
  • 5.   Mix the tomato sauce with the vegetables and let it cook a little longer.
  • 6.   Place the 3 tortillas in an ovenproof dish
  • 7.   Add the tomato vegetables on top
  • 8.   then add the mozzarella on top
  • 9.   then preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F)
  • 10.   bake everything in the oven for about ten minutes
