Instructions

  • 1.   Dice the avocados and mango.
  • 2.   Place the avocados, mango, and shrimp in a large salad bowl.
  • 3.   Add minced red onion and chopped cilantro.
  • 4.   In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • 5.   Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and gently toss to combine.
  • 6.   Chill for 15 minutes before serving.
