Cod fillet with garlic cream and macaroni (supercook)

Instructions

  • 1.   1/ Lightly season the fish with salt and pepper.
  • 2.   2/ Cut the cod fillet into 4 portions, place in the Varoma and set aside.
  • 3.   3/ Place 200g of water in the Thermomix bowl and heat the water for 12 minutes/varoma/speed 1. When it beeps, plunge the garlic cloves into the boiling water, let them blanch for 2 minutes, then drain this first cooking water.
  • 4.   4/ Then put the garlic cloves and 400g of water back in the bowl. Place the Varoma on top and cook for 17 minutes/varoma/reverse speed. (add 2 minutes of cooking if the cod fillets are thick) When it beeps, keep the fish warm while finishing the sauce. 5/ Drain the water from the bowl. Blend the garlic with the parsley for 4 sec/speed
  • 5.   5. Add the cream, season with salt and pepper to taste, and heat for 3 minutes/80°C/speed 2.
  • 6.   Serve the fish topped with the sauce immediately.
