Spanish-style Artichoke Hearts

Instructions

  • 1.   In a saucepan, sauté the artichoke hearts.

    Finely chop the garlic cloves and add them to the saucepan.

    Pour in the heavy cream, season with salt and pepper, and let cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • 2.   When the hearts are cooked (they should be tender), slice the ham into strips and add them to the artichokes.

    Mix well and serve immediately.
