Calamari fritters

Calamari fritters are excellent tapas traditionally served as an appetizer in Spain. They are enjoyed worldwide, and for good reason! The calamari rings are coated in a batter and then fried until crispy and served hot! These fritters can be accompanied by dill sauce, yogurt sauce, or tartar sauce. It is recommended to serve the calamari immediately after cooking, but if you can't, they can be reheated in the oven for a few minutes.
