Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the salmon fillets; 10 minutes in a pot of boiling water if the fillets are presented frozen in individual plastic packaging, 8 minutes in a steamer, or 12 minutes in the oven at 180 °C (350 °F).
  • 2.   Meanwhile, heat the cream and yogurt in a saucepan over low heat with the tarragon, salt, and pepper.
  • 3.   Pour the sauce over the fillets, either in a dish or directly onto each plate.
