Instructions

  • 1.   Wash your tomatoes. Wash your cabbage and finely slice it.
  • 2.   Cut your comté cheese into cubes. Sauté your bacon bits in a pan.
  • 3.   Prepare a well-balanced vinaigrette as the cabbage absorbs a lot of dressing.
  • 4.   Add your minced shallot.
  • 5.   Add the cabbage, tomato pieces, comté cheese, ham cubes, bacon bits, and pine nuts.
  • 6.   Mix everything together and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
