Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the garlic in olive oil with a pinch of curry and a little cayenne pepper for 5 minutes.
  • 2.   Add the peeled and diced tomatoes and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • 3.   Add the fish fillets, water, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle with a little more curry, add the diced feta cheese, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • 4.   Add the sour cream.
  • 5.   Let it heat on low heat for 2/3 minutes and enjoy.
