Massalé Chicken

Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the sliced onions in olive oil. Sprinkle with massalé and cumin. Add the chicken, cut into pieces.
  • 2.   Season with salt and pepper, and add crushed garlic. Remove the chicken when it is golden brown and replace it with quartered tomatoes.
  • 3.   Let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Arrange the chicken in an ovenproof dish and cover with the sauce. Finish cooking.
