Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the onion and shallot into thin slices, finely chop the garlic cloves, then cut the sausages into thin slices.
  • 2.   In a sauté pan, sauté the onion, shallot, garlic cloves, and sausages with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and Herbes de Provence, then set aside.
  • 3.   Cut the peeled and washed potatoes into cubes, then fry them in a deep fryer until lightly golden.
  • 4.   Incorporate the potatoes into the previous preparation and simmer for 15 minutes with water.
  • 5.   Serve the pan-fried potatoes and sausages.
