Tuna Tabouleh

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the vegetables: dice the peeled tomato and cucumber. Trim the ends of the zucchini and roughly chop them. Peel and slice a red onion.
    Squeeze the lemon.
    Pour the couscous into a salad bowl.
    Add the diced tomatoes, diced cucumber, chopped zucchini, and minced red onion.
    Add chopped mint and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
    Open the can of tuna. Flake it with a fork and add it to the salad bowl.
    Mix well and refrigerate for a few hours before serving.

  • 1 drizzle of olive oil
  • 4 leaf of fresh mint
  • 1 cup of canned tuna in water (drained weight)
  • 1 glass of fine wheat semolina
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
