Spicy chicken skewers

Instructions

  • 1.   "Cut the chicken fillets into cubes. Peel the onion and cut into large pieces.
  • 2.   "In a bowl, mix the mustard, honey, and curry. Add the chicken cubes and mix until well coated.
  • 3.   Thread the cubes onto skewers, alternating with pieces of onion.
  • 4.   In a hot pan, cook the skewers over medium heat for 10 minutes. Turn them several times.
  • 5.   While the skewers are cooking, wash the lettuce. In a bowl, season it with 2 tablespoons of canola oil, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, a pinch of pepper, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything together.
  • 6.   Divide the skewers onto 2 plates with the seasoned salad.
