Instructions

  • 1.   Chop the ham.
  • 2.   Mix the flour with the oil, egg, and salt, then gradually pour in the water.

    The batter should be smooth.
  • 3.   Let it rest for 1 hour, then cook them in a hot, lightly greased pan.
  • 4.   Flip the crepe and crack an egg on top.

    Add the equivalent of 1/2 slice of ham and 10 g of gruyere cheese.
  • 5.   When the egg white is cooked, fold the sides of the crepe towards the center.

    Season with salt and pepper, and serve.
